But this was not the first big shock we recently experienced. When the Gülenist Terror Group’s (FETÖ) bloody coup attempt failed, it was the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) terrorist organization’s turn and they have been killing people almost every day since the beginning of August – without making any distinction between police and civilians. Obviously, the PKK’s merciless killers, too, failed to meet expectations, so this time Daesh took to the stage as “co-terrorist” and conducted a big massacre. What’s worse is that there is no sign that these massacres will stop anytime soon.Everything has been happening one after the other in Turkey since the Gezi Park incidents that started in May 2013. A new move after every failed one is being prepared just as rapidly and presented to us. Everything has been done so openly for the last three years that we all understood, noticed and saw…
It appears that the statement, “A game is played over Turkey” was not the delusion of conspirators…
So much so that even if you are the world’s most rational person, you do not take seriously any theory that is not revealed with tangible evidence and you find the “superior mind” discourse exaggerated. It is no longer possible to expect any good from all that has been happening for the last three years. Let alone expecting good, too, come from it, not seeing the ultimate goal and the perpetrator is now almost impossible. You just might not call it “superior mind” and say global sovereign powers, decision makers instead; but as a result, you will no longer have any doubt that there is a determined, insistent and extensive process in relation to creating chaos in this country.
In fact, all signs of the calamities we are struck with had appeared long before.
The Peoples’ Democratic Party’s (HDP) intention, for example, was obvious when HDP Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtaş had started his presidency campaign with the slogan, “We will not allow you to be chosen president,” in reference to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and challenged the Justice and Development Party (AK Party), which had assumed almost all responsibility of the reconciliation process. So, it was clear all the way back in 2014. The same Demirtaş was not pleased with the Kobani sensitivity, so when he called the Kurds to the streets on Oct. 6 and caused the death of more than 50 people within two days, it became explicitly clear that the PKK and its accomplices had no intention of making peace and that it had transformed into the table of certain forces.
This table toppling was not for nothing. They wanted to establish a Kurdish state under our south border and the HDP and PKK’s sidestepping was the only indication of this. The Democratic Union Party (PYD), which is the Syrian wing of the PKK, a group listed by Turkey as a terrorist organization, and its armed wing People’s Protection Units (YPG), were made into heroes in U.S. media through micro stories and testimonies; hence, legitimized in the eyes of both the European and U.S. public. It was not only at the level of turning terrorists into heroes to make them seem sweet. The YPG have U.S. weapons and ammunition, and advertising for the PKK, which was included in the list of terror organizations by the EU in the 2000s, could be done openly in Belgium’s and Germany’s squares.
The matter is not only the likelihood of a Kurdish state in our south either. The existence of a project aimed at destroying Turkey through destabilization was a theory that was stated for a long time and which most of us found “ethereal.” But looking at it now, even that is not unlikely. As a matter of fact, it is highly likely.
It is becoming increasingly complicated and even strange. You see members of the Daesh terrorist organization wearing the military boots used in the U.S. army. Even if you joke about it saying, “So they shopped from the same store,” everything from the rapid development seen while Daesh was emerging and growing, all that you know from its objectives up to the story of the precursory al-Qaida example, force you to those conspiracy theories you once sniffed at. Of course, questions like, “Is it not strange that Daesh hits almost every country in the Middle East apart from Israel and Iran?” or “How did Daesh, which emerged in the name of the oppressed Sunnis, turn into a terrorist organization that mostly kills Sunnis?” do help in going from one conspiracy theory to another.
Outcome: What is approaching has been coming for a long time…
But it still needs to happen… For instance, had July 15 not happened, we probably were not going to be so seriously awake against the FETÖ threat and not become a single nation for the first time in our history…
They are not going to stop after this either… But at least we will know one thing… It wasn’t really that much of a conspiracy…
